Meet Your 2018 Agency of the Year



The Ward Group is honored to announce that it has been recognized by the Dallas Area Alliance for Women in Media Foundation (AWM) for our positive impact on the Dallas-area media community.


We took home two awards at the 36th Annual Awards of Excellence Gala which is held each year by the AWM. This event is organized to honor outstanding organizations and individuals that have advanced the impact of women, young professionals and students in the DFW media industry.


Two Coveted Awards


This year, The Ward Group received the 2018 Agency of the Year Award, for which we were among a group of highly respected nominees including the Richards Group, Moroch, Asher Media, GTB and TRUth. Additionally, our president, Rob Enright, received the 2018 Local Agency Owner/Principal Award. Both of these awards signify the work we do to uphold the values of AWM and support its initiatives to build upon the significance of the media community in DFW.

Two other members of our Ward family were also nominated for AWM Awards of Excellence. Robin Cox was nominated for the Local Agency DFW Spot Broadcast Buyer Award, and Lacy Edwards was nominated for the Local Agency Leadership of Digital Strategy Award.


As always, the field of nominees this year was outstanding, and we consider it a win in itself to be nominated among these other impressive media organizations and individuals.
